A Gradual Transition Between Uneven Floors
The Self adhesive Aluminium Door Threshold Ramp Strip is made for areas where adjoining floors do not sit at the same level. Its sloping profile creates a gradual connection between the two surfaces. Therefore, the flooring transition looks cleaner and feels less abrupt underfoot.
This 26 mm profile can connect wood, laminate, carpet, vinyl and tiled floors. It is suitable for doorways, entrance areas and other interior points where different floor heights meet.
Slim Profile with a Brushed Appearance
The ramp strip is manufactured from anodised aluminium. As a result, it offers resistance to corrosion while keeping a simple modern appearance.
Two brushed finishes are available. Choose Brushed Titanium or Brushed Silver depending on the surrounding floor and interior.
The profile comes in 0.93 metre and 1.86 metre lengths. This gives flexibility for shorter openings as well as longer floor connections. Furthermore, the aluminium can be cut down when a more exact length is needed.
Straightforward Self Adhesive Fitting
No screws or drilled fixing points are required. Instead, the integrated adhesive backing holds the ramp strip in place once the protective film has been removed.
The floor should be smooth, dry and clean before fitting. Once positioned correctly, the profile is pressed firmly across the transition.
This ramp strip is suitable for new flooring projects as well as replacing worn trims. It provides a practical option where an uneven floor connection needs a neat aluminium finish.
